Rope climbs, double unders and someother stuff….

Strength:

1-1-1-1-1

Overhead squat

Wod:

as a team complete the following:

10 rope climbs then…

100 air squats

100 burpees

100 double unders

100 push ups

100 wall balls

This was a a fun one, thank you to those who came through the gym today i had fun showing everyone the overhead squat and getting to workout with you all. have a great sunday rest day cant wait to get back after it next week.
