Fight Gone Bad Style
3 rounds: 1 minute each movement
Wall-balls 20/10
Hand Release Push Ups
Burpees
Air Squats
Box Jumps
1 minute Rest
Today we did a “Fight Gone Bad” style workout. 3 rounds, 5 minutes per round with 1 minute rest in between… This workout was made for UFC fighter BJ Penn to resemble what its like to be in a 3 round fight. Many people were laid on the floor just like they were knocked out in a Fight Gone Bad. You can check out videos of the original video on youtube 🙂
