Starting on Jan 23 new members will be required to sign up for our Elements Course (First Day will be Feb 6th). This will be a class where people will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, proper mechanics and be introduced to what Tulalip Bay CrossFit is about in a non-intimidating environment. Elements will be 4 weeks long on tuesdays, thursday @ 6pm and Sat at 9am.

Healthiest YOU challenge

We will be doing a get fit and get healthy challenge starting Jan 23. This challenge will be open to EVERYONE but it will be on a point system that will be defined by body % lost and proper eating. The prizes will include 1 month free membership for one man and one woman as well as cash prizes….. So tell your friends and more details to come!!!! 🙂
