15 minutes to find 1 rep max Power Snatch


5 minute AMRAP

5 snatches 75-55

5 box jumps

Rest 4 Minutes

3 Minute AMRAP

3 Snatches 75-55

6 burpees

Today was awesome… We had 24 people come in for a Fun WOD. This workout we really got to see how fast we can go in a short amount of time (while keeping good form) Everyone is really stepping out of their old comfort zone and going for it. We are so excited to see everyones results wether it be gains in strength, performance or even losing weight…

COACHES TIP: Wiggle your toes at the bottom of every deadlift, squat, snatch, clean etc. This helps us make sure that the weight we are bearing is on our hamstrings/glutes and not our knees.
