Sprint it out

5 rounds for time:

200 meter sprint

15 air squats

nothing to this one but to just GO! this is one of those short WODs where you can really push yourself becaiuse you know you can do this distance and this amount of reps, so find that point of being uncomfortable and loveit! the longer your in it the more comfortable you will become (if that makes sense yet)
